LinkedIn Lead Generation

LinkedIn Lead Generation for B2B Founders, Consultants and Sales Teams

Turn your LinkedIn audience into booked calls every month, through a system you can measure.

What is LinkedIn lead generation?

LinkedIn lead generation is the process of turning people who see you on LinkedIn into qualified prospects who book a call, request a proposal or buy. Kurogo, a London-based personal branding agency, does this through personal brands rather than cold messaging alone. We combine authority content with a conversion system: lead magnets that capture interest, landing pages, email nurture and a clear route to a call. The aim is a steady, trackable flow of warm leads. Kurogo runs the same system on itself, generating 713 inbound leads and 67 new clients in the last 12 months.

Who it's for

  • Founders who get referrals but no inbound, and whose pipeline rises and falls with their network
  • Consultants, advisors and agency owners whose posts get engagement but no enquiries
  • B2B companies whose cold outreach and ads are getting more expensive and less effective
  • Sales leaders who want their reps' profiles to bring in warm leads and shorten sales cycles
  • Anyone who can't currently say how many leads LinkedIn brought them last month
The process

How it works

Lead generation is the Convert stage of the Kurogo Model, but it only works when Position and Amplify are in place. Only about 5% of your market is ready to buy at any moment. Around 35% will buy later if you earn their trust. Most people ask strangers for a call too early. We build steps that bridge that commitment gap.

Week 1: Discovery (Position). We map your offer, price point, sales process and ideal client, and audit what already brings in leads.

Weeks 2 to 3: Positioning and profile (Position). Your profile is rebuilt to act like a sales page, sending visitors to one clear next step.

Weeks 2 to 5: Build the conversion system (Convert). We create a lead magnet your ideal client actually wants, such as a guide, an assessment or a waitlist. Assessments work especially well because they diagnose the prospect's problem, like a doctor before a prescription. Then we build the landing page, the booking or sales page and a 7 to 30 day email sequence that nurtures anyone who doesn't book straight away.

Week 5 onwards: Drive traffic (Amplify). Content brings people to the system. Growth content widens the pool, Authority content builds trust and Conversion content promotes the lead magnet. We watch for buying signals, such as downloads, profile visits and repeat engagement, and help you follow up while leads are warm.

Ongoing: Measure. UTM links and your CRM show where each lead came from, so you can see cost per lead and pipeline from LinkedIn.

Your time: one discovery workshop of (90 mins), two shorter calls (60 mins) in month one, then around 30 minutes a week approving posts in a shared calendar, plus a 90 minute report and strategy call once per month.

What you get

Done-for-you

  • A positioning strategy and conversion-focused LinkedIn profile
  • A lead magnet, written and designed. One at launch, then one per quarter.
  • A landing page, booking or sales page and thank-you page
  • A 7 to 30 day email nurture sequence and newsletter setup
  • 10 to 20 posts a month, including Conversion content that promotes your lead magnet
  • Lead tracking with UTMs and a monthly report on leads, calls and pipeline

Add-on outbound: for clients who want outbound alongside inbound, we partner with trusted agencies to run outreach, email and paid campaigns from the same positioning.

Done-with-you: our six-month consulting programme (£2,500) helps you plug our funnel system into your own business. Built from scratch, a system like this typically costs £10,000 to £20,000.

Results

One of our clients, Alex, wanted to become the obvious choice for founders preparing for an exit, and build credibility before conversations happened. After 3.5 Months, he generated 108,751 impressions and already signed 4 new clients.

We run the same system on Kurogo. In the last 12 months it produced 713 inbound leads.

Idan, another client, said:

FAQs

How much does LinkedIn lead generation cost?

£2,500 a month for full management. Combined inbound and outbound packages cost more (£3,500 a month)

How many leads will I get?

It depends on your market, price point and starting audience, so we won't promise a number before we've seen your data. We set targets together in week one and report against them every month.

How do I know which leads came from LinkedIn?

Every link on your profile and in your content carries tracking, and every lead lands in a CRM. You'll see exactly which posts, lead magnets and pages produced each call.

How long until I get leads?

The system is usually live within four to six weeks. For high-ticket offers, expect leads to build between 90-180 days as trust grows.

Isn't this just automated LinkedIn messaging?

No. Automated outreach is cold by definition. We build warm leads: people who've read your content, taken your lead magnet and chosen to talk to you.
